Went to see a Chiropractor about my left shoulder and right elbow. I thought I had hurt both from lifting to heavy and swinging incorrectly in raquetball. I have had a problem with both for almost a month now when my wife who I guess got tired of hearing me complain told me to discuss it with my chiropractor.
My chiropractor explained it was a problem with a shoulder imbalance with my front deltoids weaker than my rear deltoids causing a rolling or slouching to the front. He explained some exercises to do to help balance them out.
For the wrist he massaged it a few times and it hurt like hell. He explained my elbow problem was a too tight tendon and instructed me on some wrist stretches to loosen it up. Morale of story: If pain persists better to get help than continuing to suffer the pain and consequences.
