You can achieve conditioning and add muscle, but those clavicles, hips, quad sweep, that bone structure? Well, that is fate, luck, chance, Mother Nature, and divine intervention all rolled into one.

Her calves? And tiny joints? Capped delts? That freaking hair. lol I don't consider myself a "schmoe" but I definitely feel schmoe ISH when I watch that video!
