Clean Bulk Recommended Weekly/Monthly Weight Gain

So just finished a tough cut and am now a trim 72kg, a weight not seen for a long time. I'm looking to bulk properly as my last efforts have ended in failure (i.e. putting on too much, too quickly).

I'm thinking of putting on around 1.25kg per month, which is around 3lbs - does this seem like a good target? Thinking of a straight 6 month bulk to around 80kg, and then probably cut to 77kg over 2 months.

Is 6kg muscle mass increase (after the cut) a decent goal for this timeframe? This will be unassisted, no gear, just good food and 6 scoops of protein per day.
