Oats and oats

Fish oils
Water Water Water Water
caffeine (for cardio days only)

I do not spike my insuling post workout with malto-dextrose etc..I use quick oats and if HIT banana...
I cannot stand steam veggies. I had chronic constipation (7 years) and I was eating 3 servings of steam vegetables every day . From the time I stopped them I go to the toilet 3 times a day.

im fairly stupid when it comes to nutrition, but why do HIIT cardio when bulking? Not flaming just trying to learn

short version - HIIT Cardio gets and keeps you leaner

when bulking you want size and in turn dont care about being lean correct?:hmmm: :hmmm:

when bulking, if you're doing a clean bulk, you're obviously iterested in putting on minimal fat in the process, and optimize lean mass gain.

if you don't give a crap what kind of bulk you end up with, then yeah... you wouldn't care about being lean.

I would add tukey and beef jerkey if you don't mind the sodium.

thanks for the reply so far...

about HIIT

I lift 4 days a week and put the HIIT on 2 non-weight days....
My cardio consists of 20 HIIT mins and extra 10 mins of normal speed...total 30..... and nutrionally, i treat this as normal work out....carbs before carbs after..

it has actually helped me put some weight and stregth on while keeping my mid-section and good body fat...
