Call me crazy, but I think I'm in for some crazy fat burning in the next few weeks. Thoughts? Too much?

In addition:
200-300 grams protein/day
1+ gallon water per day
CEE (bulk + Animal Pump)
Clean diet
Cardio 7 days/wk
Weight training 5 days/wk

Goal: Lose as much body fat, without sacrificing muslce mass.
 
I mix the cardio up, tennis, eliptical machine, light jog, etc. Some days are more intense than others, as to give my CNS a break.
 
Crazy......joking I just say that because I am not up to anything 7 days a week,ask my girlfriend.Damn i shouldn't have said that...In all seriousnous your body may grow tired and weary of that kind of abuse very quickly and cause you to take one of those two or three week hiatus'es we all hate.Just food for thought,listen to your body.

I'm actually going on vacation mid August, so my goal is to push as hard as possible the next couple weeks, therefore requiring a week off.
