hello my girlfriend just had our baby 5 months ago and she is looking to lose some weight shes wanting to try clen how would you cycle it and is their any other options thanks

have you looked into an ECA stack instead?

it can help to know that 9 months up, 9 months down is the normal pattern hormonally for women to lose weight after having babies

I don't personally like the sides from clen at all. Albuterol was more tolerable for me but honestly ECA (A optional) performed really about as well for me

Is she breastfeeding? I assume not.

I will tell you that to one hundred percent of the women I know who have tried it including me clen was a total disappointment. I do best with a food appetite suppressant/stimulant and ECA or ECY have also been much more effective for me. Clean just makes me really sweaty. Its not cute or helpful.

If she's dealing with both taking care of a 5 month old as well as letting her own hormones rebalance, I'd probably say no to clen. Like Agentyes says, it makes you feel like shit. Jitters, tension headaches, interrupted sleep, etc. In the state she is in, I think this would just aggravate her daily life. I always say this about clen - for the perceived 'improved fat burning' - which somewhere a while ago I saw was set at like 10% improvement over not using a stim - there's a point where I feel the stress you experience from the jitters, any impact to the quality of your sleep, is just going to negate whatever 'improved fat burning' you experience by jacked up cortisol.

I would instead suggest maybe ECA, but focus more on a more structured and consistent diet and getting exercise, etc. I know so many people feel like they need whatever magic pill to feel like they are motivated to get on a diet, stay on a diet and see progress - but at the end of the day you need to have a productive and well-established diet and training program in place and functioning before you can expect to throw in some supplement to get results. All of that stuff is still only a SUPPLEMENT to an existing program. I would focus time & energy on the diet & training and not spend any time looking for a pill w/ the expectation its going to do the heavy lifting. In the case of clen, it really doesn't produce "amazing results" - it may make your results better if you're on a diet & training program that is alrready tight and showing results. But again, for a newb, especially someone already living in a stressful environment, clen can really just add to the stress levels and negate any progress at all.
