Well i am gonna start taking clen after the course i finished which was test and deca.

The guy i got the clen advised me to use like this, starting from the first day:

4 tabs a day divided:

Half an hour before breakfast 1 tab
Half an hour before lunch 1 tab
Half an hour before training 2 tab

The clen i got is 0.02mg per tablet.

Any better suggestions?? Thanks everone
 
He also told me to take them four weeks without any break between them
 
Clen has a half-life of 35 hours so there's no need to split dosing throughout the day. Personally I don't take Clen pre-workout and it significantly increases my heart rate during exercise.
 
there is defenitely no reason to split it up in am and pm doses. I take mine early in the morning, because if i take it too late in the day i cant sleep at night. Start from 2 tabs a day (40mcgs) and work your way up. Ideally you should run your first cycle at 100mcgs but if you find the sides too harsh, then run the whole cycle at the dose you are comfortable with.
 
usually clen is cycled 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. There is no need to run for 4 consecutive weeks due to its long half-life
 
I take mine as a liquid, Im on 80mcg right now. I take it first thing in the AM.

Cramping gets bad, especially if you dont drink enough water, take postassium, and taurine.

I got a real bad hamstring cramp in the middle of sex on Sat.... definately not worth it. I forgot to bring my taurine, potassium with me. Trust me, take your potassium, taurine, and water!

More importantly clen down-regulates beta-2-receptors after a couple of weeks and it loses its effectiveness. You can extend a clen cycle by adding Ketotifen.
 
Thanks for the info bro, but i want to use clen as anti catabolic as to maintain mass and shred a bit of fat too..

I have some winstrol, i know it will be stupid to have it with clen, but instead of keeping them i am thinking of using them with it?

talk about cramps!i got the worst lower back cramp while doing leg presses! Needless to say i let the weight go, and it came down on me. It was early in the morning and the gym was empty so noone was there to help. Finally some chick came to my rescue. I had 700lbs on the machine, so she had to call the manager! The whole thing was very embarassing! From now on i am eating plenty of bannanas!

your body can't tell how many cycles of clen (or roids) you have done. work your way up to a maximum dosage that you can handle for optimum fat burning.

I go up to 250 mcg/ED...

On IP superclen the effects/sides would wear off with time, I never went over 200mcg, but a female friend of mine went to 300mcg which to me was insane at the time.

When I dont do clen for awhile the sides are prett intense even at 100mcg, so I do all mine in the AM or else it screws with my night workouts.
 
Keto does jack shit for me. Boom, start with three tabs (60mcg)/day at breakfast. Add one tablet a day everyday until you feel like that is a good max dose. It should be between 140-200 mcg a day. Two weeks on, three weeks off. You can strech it to three weeks if you go up to 250 mcg for the third week and take 10 g taurine a day for the whole time. Forget potassium supps. You need 30 pills to get one day's worth of potassium. You are better off getting it from fruit, vegetables, etc. And don't take the fucking Winny. You are doing PCT! Good luck.
 
yeah i have found that a few bannanas is enough stop cramps
