i believe clenbuterol is for respiratory problems like ventoline a bronchodilator .. not sure why you are taking it..although it opens up your lungs and gives you more energy ...it is a banned substance ...it is believed that it could increase your metabolism and make you lose fat but this is not well research and confirmed .. i cannot confirm that i have seen people gain weight with it , but what i have seen from users is that it in fact helps lose weight but all is regained when you stop and it is not that effective anyways...in short not an effective long term weight reduction method.....besides it is dangerous and has really nasty side effects and can cause heart problems if taken at higher than therapeutic dosage. You are the proof that it does not work effectively so why rely on it?
As to re answer your question in details: i know closely about 5 people who used it extensively...3 of them lost fat but not that much something that they could have done with a regular diet...so i cannot tell if it was from clen or from dieting, but they gained back the weight and had to go back on clen.., one of them i just did not see any change at all but he claims he lost some pounds...and one used it for a long time and did go down dramatically after a year (perhaps he lost around 90 lbs if not more) to the point where he had to consult with a plastic surgeon to fix his loose skin all around...however he regained all the weight and got even fater a year later.
