Cloudy test and filtering

Hey guys,

i had a few vials of gear, 2 went a little cloudy but cleared right up with a little heat. I left it for a month or two, and before i started my cycle i ran the gear through a filter, the 2 vials were cloudy again, i filtered them anyway. Did i filter the test out?

Any help much appreciated.
