Hey guys, i'm new to the boards but I have been reading for a while and it seems like everyone (or at least most everyone) knows what they are talking about. Here's my problem. After reading an earlier thread where a guy posted pics of himself then got ripped a new one by people tired of his BS, I pictured myself in that same situation. So, I want to get off my butt and do something about it but being a freshman college student in a new town, it isn't easy. I'm sure at least some of you on here are also students on a meal plan and have to deal with what we are served. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to make an all you can eat buffet healthy besides not eating all I can? I can get healthy snacks no problem but a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner are not easy to figure out. Also, I try and grab a few protien shakes during the day but I quickly learned that the taste sucks. I have GNC Whey Protein powder that is strawberry flavored but I personally can't stand it. Anyone know of a good whey powder that doesn't suck? Thanks for any help in advance.
