Hello guys.. I am in my 2nd week of pct and probably 1 or 2 weeks of it.
I have about 10 weeks till I decide to start my big bulk cycle with test, tren, dbol, eq, and winstrol at end.
In this 10 weeks, how should my nutrition be? 600-800 calories over maintenance? 40/40/20 - is my diet so far.
I am eating about 500-800 calories over my BMR right now.

160lbs 7% bf (lean low fat)
Goal: gain 15lbs before bulk cycle
Goal #2: gain 30lbs on cycle (keep 20lbs after pct).
