hey guys, I am having a really hard time with my diet coming off of my April show. At this rate, I wanted to compete in Sept., but I don't know. I wass just diagnosed with extremely low testosterone, so maybe when I start the testim I will bounce back. Any help out there about a diet in between shows. I need something thats gonna bring my bf back down. It is about 16% now.
