hey guys, I am having a really hard time with my diet coming off of my April show. At this rate, I wanted to compete in Sept., but I don't know. I wass just diagnosed with extremely low testosterone, so maybe when I start the testim I will bounce back. Any help out there about a diet in between shows. I need something thats gonna bring my bf back down. It is about 16% now.
 
You're female correct?

15-16% bodyfat is actually pretty normal for the level you come back to after depleting for a competition. I don't think you're at a bad place right now for a show that is 12-16 weeks away. I do think you will want to get your testosterone situation balanced first. I wouldn't worry so much about your bodyfat right now.

Can you give us a run down of your current diet so we know where you're at before starting to recommend diets? How did you diet down for your last show? Carb cycling (or just including carbs) or keto? How much did you lose for this show (i.e. was it a dramatic amount of fat loss or a typicla competition cut?).
 
well got my testosterone done, omg, tanked out. my ob has me on testim and I already feel more energetic. ok, last show I went in at 117-118. I am 5'61/2. dieted probably 16 weeks. stated at 137. my diet was :

7am: 6 eggwhites/ 1/4 cup of cream of rice
9 am: 4 ckn/ asparagus
11 am: 5-6 oz grouotend turk/asparagus
1 pm: 4 oz fish/asp/ 1/2 sweet pot
3-4 pm: shake
6 pm: 6 oz. fish/asp
9 pm: 3 eggwhites/spinach omelette
water coffee fat burner
got into the sweets on the weekends and now am having to backtrack. help if you can

ok. my edit didnt work. here is my diet now:
6 ew/1/2 cup oats, or pp pancakes ( 6ew/1/2 cup oats/1 scoop pp powder)
6 oz g.turkey
12: spinach salad with stead, or chicken/strawberries/pecans/lit ranch dab
3: bar
6: steak.fish /asp or green salad w/tom
9: pro powder/ sf coolwhip
