I have been looking for a new Gym routine for a while, That incorporates Big compound movements. As i feel i needed to get back to basics with my training. I came across this one from an old issue of Flex Mag. It`s emphasis is on Chest enlargment, But an overall Body workout is obtained. just wondered if any one had any comments, before i start out. 2. Squats
5 sets x 10-12 Reps
3. Straight Arm Pull over
5 sets x 12 reps
4. Deadlift
3 sets x 12 reps
5. Ez Bar Curl
3 sets x 6 reps
MON/WENDS/FRI
