How does Whey Protein affect concentration? I have been using it on a small-moderate basis, for other reasons, and I have found that it greatly helps me get through the day. If I drink it in the morning, I do better on tests, the day goes by faster and also not as hungry, but that's off topic. so the question is, is it just my imagination or is the whey protein really helping me get through the day and it's known for also doing that. Thanks
P.S. I know your supposed to drink it before a workout, but if this is true, I may adjust my workout to earlier in the day.
