Hi i am 22 years old and have been weight training for 4 years now and i seem to have hit a peak for myself i am 6'1 and about 190lbs but i dont seem to be able to gain any more size or strength even though i am using proteins and supplements. it was suggested that i try a cycle of steroids to help push past this but im not sure if im ready for that yet and would really appreciate if anyone could help me out. any information on doing a first cycle or possibley an alternative idea to help me pass this would be great thanks guys
