America! Fuck yeah!
Man, I gotta vent here a bit...

I'm 171 pounds right now. Have been for two fricken' weeks. I can't seem to drop a pound. I'm eating 2400 quality calories a day spread over six meals, doing cardio twice a day, six days a week for 30 minutes a pop, and I just can't keep the cutting going. I'm taking the thermogenics now, still nothing. Going strictly low carbs, still no good. Ran Clen for two weeks... nothing. I'm three weeks out from the show and have to drop another 7-8 pounds... this is ridiculous!

I would eat big for 2 days then start the cut again.

Chances are, your metabolism is fucked. Are you carb cycling? High, medium, low days? If you been eating 2400 calories for a while and you continue to drop it, that's a big mistake. You need to use the zig-zag approach to spike your metabolism. Also, try getting some more fats in.

I agree.

also, I think you shot yourself in the foot doing cardio to soon.....you are at 2x's a day now and you have no where else to go!

I agree.

I also agree. I had this problem and started eating big on the weekends, then started to drop again. Now I'm at about 173.

I started doing 2x cardio after I got back from Vegas and had added two pounds instead of lost two pounds. Figured I'd need it to get rolling again (apparently not).

So up the carbs for a couple days? Make the majority of my 2,400 carbs, and then do a high-medium-low rolling diet?

Been eating a lot of carbs yesterday and today. Tomorrow I'll hit the diet again and hope my body will work again long enough to get me to the show.

Sounds like that could be your problems. Tricking your body by feeding more carbs should do you great. Good luck. Also take a pic so we can judge:thumb:

Well I sure hope it worked! I'm back on full-powered dieting now. Alternating No/Lo/Hi days. Hope it does the trick.
