I am working on dropping some weight, im a powerlift and kind of a big fat fuck. 5'7" 350lbs. I bench well over 600 raw and over 800 single ply but i need to lose some serious weight. i always start a diet but taper off after a couple weeks because i get bored.
is there cookbook or something someon knows about to get ideas from for creative meals to help a guy like me lose so pounds and not get bored
