my bb cornbread muffins
1 cup cornmeal
1cup whole wheat flower
1 cup skim buttermilk
3 egg whites
1tbs baking powder
1tbsbaking soda
1 tbs vanilla
around 10 packets heat stable fake sweetner (adjust to taste)
Mix altogther and scoop into cup cake pans
bake about 20 mins or until done
makes about 15-20 muffins
