correct way of using creatine

before i use muscle techs instructions at the back of the tub im just wondering if the company is trying to trick the customer into finishing the product fast, so we get fooled and buy another one real quick, if that is so, is the any more sufficientway of loading/ maintaining??
 
I fully believe in the creatine load, but Muscle Tech does not do it optimally. You should use 4 half servings each day, for a total of 20 g of creatine for the day. Split the servings up evenly and have them about 30 min before a meal. Do this for 7 days.

After this, just use a half serving right after training or first thing in the morning (on off days). You can easily maintain with only 5 g per day (and in some cases, less).
