Good luck Kerry. You seem to have what it takes to make a go of this. And that link you put up shows that you're willing to spend a buck to make a buck. I agree with Eggs that if one is going to create a home gym for the purpose of training others, quality equipment is a must.

I bought lots of used BB stuff @ a consignment sports shop when I lifted @ home. Pretty good quality stuff fairly cheap....
