Could this be the perfect daily diet menu?

Hello,
This is my daily diet for losing fat and I am wondering if there are foods I shouldn't be eating or if there is something I need more of that will help me to lose fat quicker? Also, mI'm thinking about incorporating or replacing something with myoplex shakes for about 5 times a week or so. Any input is very welcome. Thank you!

8:00 am - 100% natural oatmeal with 1 scoop of whey protien (Sci Fit Econo brand )

10:00 am- 3 oz chicken breast and half cup brown rice (no salt added)

12:00 pm- Tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with a tbsn of mayo, half cup cottage cheese, tbsn of walnuts (salted), and a medium salad with light dressing

2:00 pm- bannana shake: consisting of 1 bannana, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 scoop whey protien, 2 eggs, and a 1/2 tsp safflower or flax oil.

4:00 pm- 40 30 30 zone nutrition bar

7:00 pm - 1 scoop whey protien, broccoli and or 1 oz cheese

How bout some Fish oil for EFA's?

Veggies? Fish Oil?

Ditch the mayo. Is the WWBread 100% and with no brown sugar and high fructose corn syrups? Light Dressing - those are usually full of sugar. Use olive oil and vinegar instead

A banana? Nope, if you want to cut get rid of the banana. Skim milk has 12G of sugar per cup, switch to the low carb milk instead.

4:00 pm- 40 30 30 zone nutrition bar

Bars are bad while cutting. If you are not looking for optimal results then keep the bar and the banana but I guarantee you will drop fat faster without them

7:00 pm - 1 scoop whey protien, broccoli and or 1 oz cheese

You need EFA's
See my comments in bold. Your diet lacks effiecient amount of EFA's, such as fish oil. You need more complex carbs.

Also, do you go to bed early or something? Because your last meal is at 7PM. You need to eat before bed.
