I Hope you guys could help me to maybe make it better or do some changes on it

Back & Biceps + Some assist exercise w/Redcord
- Deadlift 5x5
- Pulldowns (Front, Wide-Grip) 3x10
- Bent Over Rows 3x10
- Bicepscurl (dumbbell, Standing) 4x8
- Bicepscurl w/cabel 2x10 + Droppset
Chest & Triceps
- Benchpress 5x5
- Incline Benchpress (Dumbbell) 3x8
- Flyes (flatbench, cable) 3x10
- Dips 2x10
- Benchpress (Narrow-grip) 5x10
Supportmuscles (?) w/Redcord
- Supine Bridging
- Prone Bridging
- Standing Shoulder Extension
- Prone Hip Flexion
- Side-lying Bridging
- Push-up Plus

- Leg Press (Seated) 3x10
- Straight Leg Straight Back Deadlifts 3x10
- Leg Extention 3x10
Shoulders & Calves + Some assist exercise w/Redcord
- Militarypress (barbell) 5x5
- Leteral Raises (cable) 3x10
- Cable Rear 3x10 - YouTube - Axon.blogg.se - Baksida axel i kabelmaskin 15kg
- Shrugs 2x15 + failure set
- Standing Calf Raises in smith 3x15
- Seated Calf Raises 2x15 + Droppset
