Couple of questions about Cutting

I recently picked up (made) a Fullbody HIT plan for myself. However, at 168 lbs, I have decided to go on a cut cycle. My body fat is roughly at 19 percent, too high in my opinion.

Here are my questions:
-After my workout (30minute strength training/ 20-25minute cardio)(3x a week) should I still have my usual 35g shake post?
NOTE: My strength training program while cutting is simply a less intense and shorter version of my HIT program and only done to mantain LBM.
-at 168lbs and 19percent body fat, how many grams of protein should I consume to optimize my LBM maintanence?
 
-Yes you should still have your shake.
-You will need at least a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight, but I would go higher than that so you can keep your carbs down. 1.25-1.5 g per lb should do the job.
