All American Receives Default Judgment Against CR-Technlogies
Billings, Montana, August 6, 2010 ??? All American Pharmaceutical (AAP) defended its reputation and that of Kre-Alkalyn (tm) and received a default judgment against Defendants Mark J. Tallon and Robert Child of CR-Technologies LLP in the U.S. District Court, District of Montana, on August 4.

The Court found that that the Defendants, who failed to appear in court, continued to make reckless, knowing, and intentionally false statements against AAP and Kre-Alkalyn (tm) ???even though a judgment was issued against Mr. Tallon in October 2009 for patent violation.

According to record, the Court found that the Defendants violated the Lanham Act, Section 43(a), interfered with AAP???s business relations, made false statements, and repeatedly failed to cease and desist making false statements against AAP and Kre-Alkalyn(tm) on websites for CR-Tech, the Natural Products Industry Center, and the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (JISSN).

The judgment ordered the Defendants to retract within three months the false and misleading statements about AAP and Kre-Alkalyn (tm) on the websites cited above, destroy all false and misleading publications about Kre-Alkalyn (tm), post retractions to the websites, and pay AAP damages of $7.776 million.
