Craig Titus and OJ Simpson in the same prision

So if both of them are in the same prison, obviously one for more serious charges. How come OJ does not get a "dating web site" like Titus?
I have actually spoke to Titus a few times via letters back and forth.( true story!) To say he is an interesting man is an understatement. But why not give OJ the same opportunity to be on a "prison dating website" also?
