

I get up at 6:00 am and drink a whey protein shake with 5 grams of l-glutamine and creatine ( that I add) on the way to the gym. I work out, then drink lots of water all day(gallon), and eat 5 small meals all day. Ive cut my carbs and upped my protein intake. I take vitamin E & C , a multi, a twinlab diet fuel capsule, and calcium.
What Im really confused about is when I should be taking the L-glutamine (not a peptide as far as I can tell) and creatine. I only work out in the early am. Should I be mixing these 2 in with my whey protein shake? Or should I mix my L-glutamine with juice and drink it after my workout? And should I be taking creatine or glutamine at night? And where should I fit in a protein bar?

I have searched other threads concerning these supps, but Im still not too sure.
