Creatine and Maximum Pump

I was interested in trying Maximum Pump. I see it has creatine in it. Should I still use my creatine supplement as well? Should I perhaps cut it down if and when I start Maximum Pump?

Rob will be able to tell you for sure, but I doubt you will need another creatine supplement.

No, Maximum Pump has 3.5grams of TriCreatine Malate you do not need any additional creatine.

Cycling creatine is a myth, made by some idiot to suggest that creatine is similar to anabolic steroids. Buy Maximum Pump, No-xplode only has 1g of creatine in it.

no need to cycle it, you can take MP on your training days and just creatine on non-training days if you want though.

I have used both no-xplode and maximum pump. My experience with the two is that i get the same intense workout with both. I had to drop the number of pills from 6 to 4 was the only draw back. And on off days i took regular creatine.

It is not really an apples to apples comparison, but I can tell you that Maximum Pump uses 3.5 grams of TriCreatine Malate whereas NO-Xplode uses 2 grams of DiCreatine Malate, and Maximum Pump is in tablet form whereas NO-Xplode is a "drink mix" form.

I'm almost done with my NO-Xplode, so I'm looking for a new product to try, but I would like powder form, cuz I was considering Swole V2.
