First off, thanks as always for reading and answering too!
I have received lots of advice on taking creatine, and you all say to most importantly take after my workout, if I only to take once a day.
But, I also want to drink a protein shake right away when I get home from the gym..so.......
You think it's ok to just mix the creatine in my protein shake that I mix with skim milk and a banana? Or......ok to take both, but take the creatine instead separately mixed in my gatorade powder because of the dextrose?
