Is it advisable to take creatine (particularly cell tech) before and after your workouts even though you're in your maintenance stage?
The recommended dosage on the supplement mentions that it should be taken once a day immediately after training but then i've seen and read other pro bodybuilders take it immediately before and after a workout (take King Kamali for instance), i was just wondering if it would make a difference taking it before and after, thanks.
