I have just finished a months worth of CEE. Want to give my body a break from it. What else out there could I be using for my month off from CEE. I do use Muscle Milk and Cytogainer. Any info.??? What has worked best for other people.

So if I do continue with Creatine. Would it be wise to try monohydrate and see what works best for me. Because I really dont have anything to compare CEE to. I have seen good gains with CEE but just wonder if I should do a change up.
