Bulk powder is always going to be cheaper, it just depends on if you want to pay for the convenience of caps/tabs. For many it is worth the extra money for caps/tabs, others it is not.

I've always used bulk powder whenever I can because I've always been under the impression that bulk powder would have a faster and better absorption factor than caps/tabs. However, I would try the product if in capsule form rather than caplet or tablet form for the same reason.

most capsules dissolve in less than a minute. absorption shouldn't be an issue.

Beef gelatin capsules (what you will find unless marked vegetarian) disolve in seconds.

I'd have to go with powder. Considering all the clean food and supplements I already buy, I can't afford convenience.
