Ok, I just got 1000 grams in from Vitaplus and this stuff absolutely tastes horrible. I'm thinking I need to take it with some grape juice or something to mask the taste.
My question is do I need to load CEE? If so do I load like I would with regular creatine(20 grams per day for 4 days)?
