creatine for pre wrkout??

I bought an otimum nutrition pre load creatine complex

im about to use it:)

well... hmmm the tub says i should use it for pre workouts. however you can only use it as a post supp if stacked with whey protein(??? as i understood it...) however, im planning on using it as post work out alone with nothing else(no whey stack..)

im prolly just too "robot" on the instructions.. however id still like to know if i could take "optimum nutrition pre load creatine complex" for post work out ALONE and without staking it with whey

(my idea behind this is Drink A FUDging lot of water after working out so that i may have a lot of water retention... i Cant do that for pre workouts as i might be going to the toilet to pee all the time...)

any comments...

dude, you best be takin whey post w/o and take creatine when ever you want. i take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a sugary drink for optimum absorbsion.5-10gs a day.

I mix my bad BodyTech creatine with ON Whey about an hour before a workout. I only take about 5mg but that stuff works really well for me.
 
1hour before work out?? i drink mine right before I grab the first dumbell..., well i dont know if thats right actually...
 
Just one serving, i'd say right after a workout. I take my Swole pre and post workout though. Some people say this is a waste, but it works for me just fine.
 
hmm ive been researching for quite a bit and ive recently just known that there are diff kinds of creatine.. does that matter? i mean for example, creatin monohydrate is best used for post, and creah blabla bah .. is best used for preworkingout, etc..
 
I take Swole V2 pre and post workout. About 30 prior to going to gym and right after in a shake
