Creatine Question

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I have never taken creatine or v12 before but I have contemplated it for a while now. I have a few questions about the water weight that you put on. Will that "bloat" cover up your cuts and veins? Also, how much weight do ya'll typically gain from creatine or v12? Also, does the creatine make you look more muscular or fatter? Thanks for the input.

that s a tough one to say... i would have to say that depending on what type you take, efferevescent or monohydrate... i have taken both. currently i am taking a monohydrate... i have noticed an increase in strength and size, but the size isnt defined... i dont look fatter at all, maybe the word is more like puffier... my muscles look puffier. When i took the efferevescent i noticed strength gains a little better, because the delivery system in that form is alot more efficient. but i didnt notice tooo much size increase, though there was some. sooo, in conclusion... depends on what youre lookin to gain. I want size and strength always so i just take whatever creatine i can afford at the moment and i eat like a horse right now... whatever crosses in front of me i eat. BTW - Eating ... that is the key to size.

right now im interested in the cuts, veins, and pumps. i dont mind putting on a little mass but it isnt my goal at this point. i guess i want a little mass and still keep my definition. thanks for the input pizzer.

It is worthless to stop taking creatine for only one week. It takes a lot longer than that to get out of your system

hhmmm.... not entirely true...
and, where was "one week off" mentioned?

oops it wasn't one week off, it was two. All the information I have read says it useless to cycle creatine but if you do to take 4 weeks off. I'm sure that's not true in all cases but in general I would be pretty sure it is.

What you have read is true, but just like anything, there is always two sides or other ways to look at something. My point i think is that someone can cycle creatine over a 10 week period as 4weeks on, 4 weeks off, 2 weeks on... and then report enormous gains in their latter part of the cycle. And then contribute those gains to a healthy cycle on and off the supp. But, that might not be true for the next guy. A biggggg factor in creatine supplementation is delivery system, nutrition, water consumption, and food consumption. And as for time cycling off creatine... this again can vary with diet and other factors. People are different... that is the first thing that anyone should understand and accept when it comes to fitness... genetics, diet, natural ability, personality, etc.... these all are major factors governing a person's body.
