When I take my creatine after my workout, I take it the moment I am finished working out then my whey protein about 15 mins later but that's just my preference.
we discussed this once before, and I believe we found some research that said protein (or specifically Glutamine) and Creatine use the same enzmes for transport, so ultimately there could be some competition between them.
if theres a competition between creatine and protein, it would make sense to do as mad mike , take creatine first and wait a while for the protein. what exacly is glutamine?
