hello all, I recently purchaced muscle milk and cytogainer. I am a hardgainer and enjoy these products, but my concern is that the cytogainer has 150mg cholesterol per serving... isn't that too high for long term use? I like how this product has the neccessary carbs and 3g creatine per serving, but I concerned about the cholesterol... can someone give me their thoughts or suggestions? Also, are there any other products than contain around 3g of creatine in addition or protein, carbs, and other good stuff?
would it be best to just opt for a pure creatine supplement? is there any pros or cons to the gnc creatine ignoring price? What is the best creatine supplement available at GNC, and if taken long term, should it be taken after or before workout... and what is the right about to take long term...and how will the GRAMS be measured, will their be a scooper included similarly to how a scooper is included with protein supplemenets?
Thanks for your help in advance!
