what do you guys think about taking creatine serum before a cardio workout, the workout would be anaerobic in nature, lots of sprint drills etc??? also what are your thoughts on taking it prior to a game?? i assume it would be of benefit in a football match, due to helping with the short bouts of intense sprinting.?
also should i be taking the same dose on both cardio days as workout days?
any help much appreciated!

would serum make a big difference as opposed to normal monhydrate powder etc?

so lets forget about the serum, what do you think about normal creatine before an anaerobic workout?? or what type of creatine would be best for this type of activity?

creatine in a syrum is garbage. when creatine is stored in liquid form it breaks down into creatinine.. which is bad.

creatine helps atp stores, so if you take it consistantly it can help improve performance

but does it not only break down into creatinine, when not utilised?? and my thoughts were that a serum would be more quickly utilised to replace your atp stores when taken say 20 mins before an intense bout of anaerobic exercise (not giving it a chance to tuen into creatinine?? or am i way off the mark here? , im not disputing what you guys are saying, just trying to learn, so you think an ordinary monohydrate would be fine for this job??
the advice is much appreciated!

if creatine monohydrate doesnt bother your stomach, it is more than fine. if it bothers your stomach, try something like di or tri creatine malate.. or cee(creatine ethyl ester).

and the syrum is a liquid. therefor the creatine that is in it has most likely broken down and is useless. it could even be detrimental because its the bi product of creatine phosphate and could stress kidney function. i mean all thats worst case scenario(kidney stuff), but i wouldnt use it.

if you want to utilize it faster, spike your insuline, or use a glucose transport like R-ALA
