Don't bother. After wasting thirty bucks on a bottle of that crap, I was informed by a friend that it contains about 1% actual creatine. Then he directed me to a site that had a couple of studies showing that the stuff is useless. If you are interested let me know and I will try to dig up the info he sent me.The only positive thing I can say about that creatine serum is that it tasted pretty good.

I agree it is worthless, except for the taste haha, I went through 1 1/2 bottles till i realised. very expensive mistake. over 60 bucks.

I agree.

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!

Thanks for the information to all. I will save the money and maybe try the powder, still debating because of some the side-affects.

This is my first post at Xtreme-Forums. I check out this site each day, and enjoy reading all the posts and learning the do`s and don`ts of diets, training etc. I have been lifting about a year and a half using protein shakes and mrp`s and about to start using zma. I have been debating whether to start using creatine. I have read all the posts on creatine powders but have not seen anything about ATP creatine serum. Muscle Marketing who makes this stuff says it`s the only safe creatine on the market, no loading, no maintenance, 5 ml drop on your tongue on workout days just minutes before your workout. It goes directly into your bloodstream within minutes bypassing the digestion phase and going straight to the muscles. If anyone has any experience with the serum or has any feedback I would appreciate it. If Muscle Marketing claims are true why wouldn`t anyone here be using it or even talking about it other than the fact that it is more expensive to use than the powder.

What side effects? If you're talking about supposed liver and/or kidney damage, forget it, there's no such thing. The only problem you will have with creatine is if you don't drink enough water. Creatine forces extra water into the muscle cells, if you aren't providing that water by drinking more, it will be pulled from other sources, like your organs. This can and will lead to a dehydrated condition which can and will cause problems. The solution, simple, drink more water. You're supposed to be doing that anyway. Don't disregard a REALLY good supp because of rumors, you'll miss out in the long run. Creatine works great.

I saw a couple of posts sometime back saying it wasnt necessary to cycle creatine. Doesnt supplementing creatine shut down your bodies natural production of it? I wouldnt mind making creatine a daily supplement, but I think I'd rather be safe than sorry. What do you guys think? Any articles you could direct me to.

Don't take this as fact because it's purely personal opinion. I'm in agreement with you about cycling creatine. I've read MANY studies that have found no long term adverse affects to creatine use. I just like variety. That's what makes the world go round, right? Also, bodybuilding is all about adaptation. IMHO cycling creatine is the same as varying your sets, reps, exercises, rest periods, etc. It's just another way to force your body to adapt and therefore get bigger and stronger.

Here is an article you may find useful-With no evidence, groups such as the National Collegiate Athletic Association and French Agency of Medical Security for Food (AFSSA)have recommended against using the creatine supplement. Why the controversy? There are no studies showing creatine has any adverse effects.Researchers from Appalachian State University and Edinburgh University, Scotland (headed by Dr. Brian Schilling), showed no adverse health effects in 26 athletes who used creatine for 0.8 to four years. The study found that supplemented athletes fell within normal ranges for a variety of health related factors. There were no differences between the creatine and control subjects in the incidence of injuries, cramps or other side effects. The study suggests that long-term use of creatine is safe. also why do people worry about this minimal stress on kidneys, then go drink 5 beers!?!? that does more damage

beer does not stress kidneys unless you stay dehydrated from it for long periods of time, high concentrations of solutes such as proteins will stress kidneys.

creatine solubility is 75mg/ml. that means in 1 liter of solution you have 7.5 grams of creatine. this translates to the serums not having the creatine content they claim. also, creatine is too unstable to stay on the shelves in a hydrated state.

Just another day in the gutter

I went through a couple bottles of this stuff and it didn't do anything more than regular creatine does. However, if you are a women it does help with water bloating.
