ok, so i have recently added creatine to my day and one of my friends told me that if u ever have to stop working out, creatine will make u fatter faster. is that true? also, if it is, will i gain fat on days that i only do clean work and running? thnx
 
The only way you will get fatter is if you eat more calories than you utilize.
 
if you are asking questions like this then you should stop taking creatine and start educating yourself about the shit you are putting into your body.
 
By your logic (dare I even use that word) everyday you weren't lifting weights, you'd be gaining fat when on creatine.

That's retardation right there. I swear.

it wont make you gain weight but of course you will retain water.
there are a lot of formulas out there be sure to pick one that targets receptors,or is micronized
