creatine v taurine

I know most of us use taurine for back pumps etc when on cycle but has any one supplemented taurine maybe at a higher dose or just seen better results as they both seem to do they same thing as in helping the body get water into the muscles.
 
taurine is good for countless things. water in muscle is low on my list of the values. I highly rec it daily 0.5g to 3g ed.

I think as you would be taking a vitamin B-12 supplement anyway, then it?s a great idea to have a vitamin B-complex supplement that includes all other Bs as well because there?s nothing to lose on that as you?ve to take a B-12 supplement anyways. I think vegan diets are optimum except B-12 and a bit of Taurine supplementation. Hope my answer helps you find what supplements work for you according to your body needs, activities and goal.
