creatine while cutting

im currently cutting down at the moment for summer, and was wondering if you guys think i should start taking creatine?? im thinking it will help me work out harder and hopefully retain my muscle while cutting, but will the water gain be significant enough that i wont keep seeing my results in the mirror???

any advice would be much appreciated

also would you recommend about 5g post workout?? im 185 lbs and 5 11, im not going to do a loading phase just stick with maintenance level

When i took creatine on a cut, it made me look bloated due to water retention. I stopped taking creatine, because it was hard for me to see results with the water weight, although i was losing body fat. Yes, it will give you an extra pump in the gym. From my experience, i would save creatine for a bulk, or just lifting weights in general. (Eating around maintenance)

Everyone is different. It's very possible you won't see any difference taking creatine, but I'm just relaying my experience.

I think it totally depends on the person I just got done cutting I dropped my bf% from 13 to 9 and was on creatine the whole time I didn't get the bloat but have at other times taking it -if u are worried about bloat u could use CEE or krealkalyn - I also really like dosing scivation xtend heavy on the cut it helps with energy and keeps u from losing too much muscle
 
Yes, I never see a reason to not use creatine except maybe a week before a show, if you have issues with creatine making you bloated try CEE :thumb:

I agree with this 100%.

If i could go back i would take this approach.
