guys, i was just wondering when to take creatine. before or after workout? i bought body fortress creatine and they say that an individual should use about 1 scoop(48grams). How much should i get per day? and should i drink it with protein shake after workout? i know this is a stupid question and must have asked by so many people but this is my first time using creatine and i wanna get it right. so please let me know. thanks.
