Any Creatine suggestions, I have never taken it before, does it matter if I use pills or powder, was thinking about using the ironmag labs.

If you're looking to cut, power chews creatine is a great way to get it in while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Here's a couple you could check out :)

Ancient Strength

Powerchew creatine

Green Magnitude

or 3 scoops of ASGT every day, lol!

Not looking to cut need to put on a couples of lbs

Creatine powder is tasteless, and you can add it to almost any liquid. Just be sure to get the micronized stuff. Creatine is creatine so just get whatever's cheapest, and don't worry about using too much.

if your looking to gain weight, try some Need To Build Muscle - Muscle Replenisher, it's the protein, carbs, and creatine you'll need to add some good weight

Definitely want to check out Ancient Strength by Need To Build Muscle. That has given folks GREAT results, better than just creatine mono for some reason or another. It's capped to, makes it easy and convenient

Stick to creatine monohydrate. Best bang for the buck. Skip the loading and consume 10g daily split into 5g doses twice daily. Buy 400g containers or less. If you buy big jugs of the powder get courser stuff as fine powders opened for a long period of time tend to oxidize faster, you can see that if your stuff begins to clump. AllMax Creapure is what I use, works great.

I could swear I've responded to this thread at least twice.

I use Ancient Strength preworkout and mono on off days. Currently using PP's creapure which is dirt cheap. I've tried Creatine Nitrate and got pretty solid pumps from it but really no other benefit and it's really expensive.

This is what I use.

How about effervescent creatine?

I read the absorption rate is much higher with less sides (intestinal issues, etc)

I am actually looking to make a purchase myself.....haven't done creatine in years.

Effervescent = bunch of hyper bullshit. It was found that it wasnt the actual creatine as it was in the beginning, but the sugar and high amounts of sweetener that was the problem.

Ive always had consistent success with mono. Though i have to say i enjoyed taking SizeOn Max. Great blend of aminos, creatine, and other nutrients.

ive stoped using creatine for about 4 months but i know my first two weeks on i usually add 3-4 reps =) not a bad day and reps = strength and strength = fucking size baby

Monohydrate is definitely where the best cost/results are at. It's the simplest most common form to the body. If it's ain't broke, don't fix it.
