well im 18 just started training about 2 weeks ago i am 5"10 and about 125 lbs
As of now im just using Muscle milk by cytro sport, not sure if its any good or not but if it isnt please let me know. I was wondering if creatine would be a good idea for me to take or any other sups if i should use something besides muscle milk let me know and please state which brand you favor the best or what is the best one on the market. Im new to all this stuff so any guidance would be great :)

Thanks

Creatine is a great product. Do a search on here. This topic has been covered many times.

so it would be wise to get some eh. Should i still keep up with the muscle milk or use something else

Thanks

What would be wise would be for you to LEARN what creatine is and does before you take it. There is plenty of research and it has many benefits, but like wiht anything else you are going to start putting into your body, you should first find out what those benefits are, and if there are any side effects or contraindications for specific people. Like someone else suggested, do a quick search on this site - you will get tons of information about it, as it has been covered extensively.

From your screen name, and your stats, I'd say you would benefit from creatine use coupled with a good nutrition plan and a well-planned exercise program, but i urge you to understand the way it works first. Since you started lifting just recently, it's th best thing you can do: become well-educated on what you're setting out to accomplish and what the best way to accomplish it will be.

yeah sorry i forgot to mention that i read a full page on creatine at bodybuilding.com so yes i do understand what it is. I just was wondering if anyone knew a good brand or if i should take it in pills or powder.I know exactly what creatine is how to take it and what it does to your body my question was just if anyone knew a good way to take it and a good brand.

Thanks for the replys

powder is a good way.

any creatine monohydrate will be fine.

Thanks p and thanks to all who replied, any other opinions, comments would be great. Are there any other sups i would be interested in using, I'm sure thats really all i need is just protein and creatine now, but if anyone else knows of some good sups I'd be interested.

Thanks much :thumb:

all you really need is food and consistent training right now. You don't need creatine.
