Creating cycles: how long on and off?

3g every day. No need to load, but you can if want to to reach saturation levels sooner. No need to cycle it.

Read the science on the subject not the bullshit it magazines. This is one of the most researched supplements on the market.
 
5g daily no front load, you can run indeff but i stick to 4-8 week cycles with atleast a month off if i take creatine.

I gathered the following key points from the video:

* No detrimental effects have been observed during non-stop usage
* The body's ability to cease creatine production has not been observed
and is mentioned mainly as a precautionary warning

* Studies do not exist regarding the benefits or disadvantages of cycling
* The choice to cycle is largely preferential
* If cycling is chosen a hiatus of at least 30 days is recommended
