Break-5 Slices Deli Meat/2 Slices Cheeseon Bread W/ Pickles
Lunch-steak W Potato
Post Wo-shake-45g Protein,1/4 Jar Pb, Banana, 2 Cups Milk
Dinner-veggies, Either Pasta And Meat Or Similar
Before Bed-50 Shrimp Cocktail

I Workout Very Hard And Want To Get Bigger Fast. Does This Sound Adequate?thanks

I FEEL LIKE IM GETTING ADEQUATE PROTEIN FROM THIS. DO YOU FEEL I SHOULD BE STUFFING DOWN MORE THROUGHOUT THE DAY? ITS A NICE LOW FAT DIET IVE BEEN ON AND SLOWLY GAINED GREAT MUSCLE (SLOWLY) WITH VERY LITTLE FAT. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF SOMEONE MY SIZE COULD GAIN THE MUSCLE QUICKER IF I POUND DOWN MORE PROTEIN THAN THAT? I GET MY FULL VEGGIES,FULL FIBER, AND FULL CARBS THROUGH OUT THE DAY SO I GUESS THAT LEAVES ME WITH ONE QUESTION..SHOULD I EAT MORE PROTEIN?
