I am 6'3 209-215Lbs (depending on the time of day) with roughly 20% bodyfat calculated using skin fold calipers. I am eating on average 2600-2700 calories with 230g protien, 180g carbs, and 100g fat. I train roughly 4-5 times a week while playing hockey once a week and do the odd session of cardio 1-2 times a week.

This is only the 3rd week - The first week I lost 3-4lbs which i expect was water, and week 2&3 I have generally stayed at the same weight. The skin calipers are not 100% accurate (I havent had enough practice using them) so I am not sure how much body fat I have lost, but my abs (or lack there of)look better then when I started.

Are my fats too high? How can I improve my macros?

Thanks.

^^ This is the link rooster was trying to show you.

You diet looks pretty good, can you outline you training program? And throw away you capillers. I own a set myself, but they are not accurate at all, al least not for measuring changes on a weekly basis.

I did read the stickys and did a bunch of other reading, but want a little feedback. My training routine is a split. I was actually doing a 4 week program to get back into training since I was off for a while. I will be starting a new program next week. Back and bi's, Shoulders & Tri's, Chest alone, and Legs alone. I may change this up a bit but this was my basically my program in the past.

What do you use to mesure bodyfat since calipers dont seem to do a good job week to week?

Oh ya and my maintenance calories are around 3100-3200 depending on the method I use to calculate it.

the calipers ARE fine for long term measurements , using them one a week there is to much variation every few months they will be an aid

and nothing seems to do a week to week good job less u want to to a underwater weighing every week

u don't need cardio, but since you play hockey interval sprints probably would not be a bad idea
