Vague title/thread. Either way you are too young for any PH/DS brah. I always snack on a Mix of P Butter/Honey/Raisins. Cheap and dense calories. Eat till you puke and eat some more.
 
Looks like a bulking diet.
What is your goal?
If it is to add mass and it is working stick to it, if not eat more.
I agree with above, no need for drugs at 18. If you are not gaining the drugs won't help. Fix whats not working first and don't even consider drugs until you've maxed out potential which should be a decade from now.
 
Agreed. If u need to gain and you're not, eat more. It can suck, but work in calorie dense foods, like peanut butter, whole eggs,.etc to make it easier. Hormones probably aren't the issue, your body should be a testosterone factory at your age.
