Critique my plan

I am about to start (in a month or so) my first cycle. It will consist of 500mg testosterone enanthate for 12 weeks and a standard (Clomid/Nolvadex PCT). I will have AI (either extra nolvadex or/and arimidex) on hand for bloat/unwanted sides.

I will also supplement with Lipid Stabil (3 caps/day) and Fish Oil (4g/day).

My plan is to drop from 210lbs to 190/195lbs, while maintaining (and gaining?!) strength/muscle.

I am planning on eating 2700 calories with macro breakdown 30/45/25 (203g carbohydrates, 304g protein, 75g fat).

I will train using 5/3/1's principles and I will throw in 2 days of 20/40 minutes of LISS cardio after workouts. Probably after day 2 (deadlift day) and after day 4 (squat day).

Day 1: Shoulders and Biceps

  • Standing Military Press ? 5/3/1
  • DB Military Press ? 4 x12
  • Side Laterals or Rear Laterals (alternate) ? 4 x12
  • Barbell Curls ? 4 x12
  • Preacher Curls ? 4 x10
Day 2: Back

  • Deadlift ? 5/3/1
  • Dumbell Bent Over Rows ? 4 x12
  • Chin ups ? 4 x10 (or do Lat Pulldowns as I am too heavy to do 4 sets of 10 at the moment)
  • Good Mornings or Weighted Back Raises ? 4 x10
  • Hanging Leg Raises ? 4 x12

Day 3: Chest and Triceps

  • Bench Press ? 5/3/1
  • Weighted Dips ? 4 x10
  • DB Flyes ? 4 x12
  • Triceps Pushdowns ? 5 x 20
  • Push ups ? 4 sets to failure
Day 4: Legs and Abs

  • Squat ? 5/3/1
  • Leg Press ? 5 x 15
  • Leg Curls ? 5 x 15
  • Leg Extensions ? 4 x12
  • Weighted Abs ? 4 x12


What do you guys think? How does my plan looks like?

Edit: Please note that I had my bloods done and everything is A-OK except my serum testosterone levels which are a bit in the low side. Also In case you are wondering I am 28 years old.
