wed-abs-elliptical machine 30 min.
thurs-back,biceps
fri-chest,triceps
sat.-off

supplements-nlarge2,glutamine,creatine,zinc,liver tabs, multi vitamins.(is xenadrine good for maintaining muscle)

I use glutamine so i dont lose muscle while doing the cardio.

my goal is to do this all year. i dont want to do any bulking, cutting cycles. just get bigger while keeping the fat down.

does this look any good. should I go on the ellpitical machine on saturday. and is my cardio time too much or too little for keeping the muscle.

Im doing this all at home. I havent bought the elliptical machine yet. do u think a rower would be better.

also i just eat whatever my parents buy so i cant pick and choose which means its hard to get a clean diet. Should I just eat whatever and a lot of it.

And advice on any of those questions would help a lot thanks!

I would drop one of the cardio days ( actually I would drop both of the cardio days, but it seems like you are pretty intent on doing the cardio).

You don't have to do cardio to keep your body fat down and get bigger. Actually the cardio will decrease your chances of getting bigger and it isn't the best way to keep bf% down.

I think the best thing for you would be to get your diet together and not do any cardio at all. You say that you just eat whatever your parents buy and that it is hard to keep a clean diet. Diet is the biggest part of the game!! Get that together and the rest will follow (ie gaining lean body mass and keeping fat levels down!!)

Also it looks like you are taking a lot of supplements. There is a reason these are called supplements.....Because they are suppose to supplement your already healthy diet!!

You problem isn't routine it is diet......I can't stress that enough.

I completely agree with P-funk (what a surprise!)

Your diet will pretty much control whether or not you gain weight, lose weight and all that.

Will your parents really be pissed if you ask them to buy a few sweet potatoes and chicken breasts for you?
